Orthopaedic Therapy
Orthopaedic therapy is a hands-on, non-medical approach focused on how the body moves and functions in everyday life. I work with people who experience ongoing back, neck, shoulder, hip or limb discomfort often related to posture, repetitive strain, previous minor injuries or prolonged inactivity. Using gentle joint mobilisation, soft-tissue and myofascial techniques, and targeted movement guidance, the goal is to reduce tension, improve mobility and support more comfortable, efficient movement. When appropriate, I also provide simple exercise and ergonomics advice to help maintain results between sessions.
This is a functional, non-medical service. I do not diagnose or treat diseases, and I collaborate with physicians or physiotherapists when needed.

• Movement and posture assessment (functional, not a medical diagnosis)

The aim is to help your body move more comfortably and efficiently in daily life.

What an Orthopaedic Therapist works with
Orthopaedic therapy focuses on musculoskeletal function — how the body moves, adapts to load, and recovers from strain.
I work with people experiencing:
• Back, neck and shoulder discomfort
• Joint and muscle stiffness
• Sports-related strains and overuse issues
• Postural tension from desk work or repetitive tasks
• Movement limitations after previous minor injuries
• Reduced mobility after inactivity
• General musculoskeletal tightness affecting daily life
The aim is to support comfortable movement, reduce unnecessary tension, and help the body function more efficiently.
